POW: WEEK 5

*BMRH POW’s are a fun way to highlight the best of the best on a week to week basis. At times, you may have had an amazing performance, or two, but was not selected as a POW. Please do not take it personally, we only get to select one player from each division. Keep working hard and we are sure your name will make it on our list.

Freshman Division

The Canadiens’ Scarlett Pinsent powered the offense this week with a breakout performance in the Habs’ big win. Scarlett was unstoppable, lighting the lamp six times while adding an assist for a dominant seven-point outing that helped lead Montreal to a crucial victory.

Sophomore Division

Sam Stawinski takes home POW Honors after an absolutely dominant stretch in leading the Devils to two big victories. Over the course of the week, Sam piled up an incredible 19 points, scoring 15 goals while adding 4 assists. His signature performance came earlier in the week when he exploded for 9 goals in one game — one of the most impressive offensive outings of the season.

Junior Division

The Stars’ Harrison Nawrocki is catching fire at just the right time. In his first season at BMRH, Harrison has emerged as the Stars’ leading scorer and one of the league’s most dangerous offensive threats. Over three games this week, he put together an incredible 15-point performance, recording 12 goals and 3 assists while helping lead the Stars to two big victories.
