WEEK 5 RECAP

Devils 8 - Kings 3

After defeating the Kings in overtime last week, the Devils begin a winning streak as Ethan Banks records his 2nd win of the season in goal. Andrew Rapp recorded 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists), Jaxen Dwojak scored a hat trick, and AidenDwojak scored a goal and added an assist. Dylan Perotti scored twice for the Kings. 

Capitals 7 -  Blues 8 OT

The Blues took a 7-6 lead with a little over 14 minutes to play. Both teams battled back and forth. Nolan Russo (2 goals, 5 assists) scored with 7 minutes left to play, and he assisted on Jordan Daley's 2nd goal of the game to give the Caps a 1-goal lead with 1:50 to play. There is never any quit in Colin Jewels (3 goals, 2 assists) and he recorded his hat trick with :57 remaining in regulation to for OT. Both teams went scoreless in the 5-minute sudden death before Jordan Daley became the hero recording the shootout winner. Vincent Rufo earned his league-leading 5th win of the season. 

Avalanche 11 - Jets 10 OT

The Jets drop another heartbreaker, their 2nd overtime loss of the season. They were winning 10-6 with a little over 9 minutes to play thanks to Jeffrey Arale who scored 5 goals and had an assist. Patrick Casserly tallied 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists), and Adam Mauner scored twice. Unfortunately, they couldn't hold off the mighty Avalanche as they chipped away late in the game scoring 4 times in the final 5:38. Jake Passarella recorded his hat trick with just 40 seconds remaining in regulation to send this one to OT. Both Christopher Keane and Leonardo Barsillo recorded 4 assists each on the evening and Jake Seidman recored his 6th point (2 goals, 4 assists) in overtime to give his team the W. 

Ducks 9 - Oilers 5

Michael Liguori (3 goals), and Tyler Zak (3 goals) each recorded hat tricks as they led the Ducks to their 2nd straight win, and 4th victory of the season. The Ducks have scored the most goals in the division and these two superstars are at the top in the league-lead for both goals and points. For the Oilers, Jaxon Reedman scored 2 goals and Dylan Hullstrung recorded 2 assists. 

Golden Knights 5 - Jets 4

The Golden Knights hang on late as Thomas Primrose earns his 4th victory of the season. Vincent Catalfomo, and Nicholas Urso led the way recording a goal and an assist each while Aiden Martins and Justin Primrose scored. The Jets continue to battle and show up but just cant seem to get that first vidtory. Patrick Casserly recorded a goal and two assists, and Jackson Millici scored a goal as well.
