WEEK 6 RECAP

Kings 9 - Devils 7

The Kings pick up their 3rd victory of the season as Eli Horowitz recorded 4 points (3 goals, 1 assist), and JaseKavanagh recorded a hat trick. Jaxon Passarella earned the victory in goal for the Kings while Truman Kehoe added a goal and an assist. The Devils didn't start off strong but had a 7-goal 2nd half to make this one close. William Brucia, and Cole Christensen recorded 3 points (2 goals, 1 assist) each while Aiden Dwojak, and Ryder Sanon each scored and added an assist. 

Capitals 10 - Oilers 9 OT

What a game this one was as both teams battled from the very first puck drop through the final goal of the game. Vincent Rufo edged out Connor Miller, who filled in as goalie. Jordan Daley scored the game-winner, his 5th goal of the game, just a few minutes into the overtime period. Nolan Russo finished the evening with a hat trick and an assist while the Oilers Sam Stawinski (4 goals, 3 assists),, and Dylan Hullstrung (4 goals, 1 assist), each recorded a big night of points in the loss.  

Flames 9 - Kings 4

The Flames get a big win and remain 2 points ahead of the Lightning for 1st place in the division. Quinn Miller scored 5 times and added 3 assists. Thomas Pagnanelli added 4 points (2 goals, 2 assists) and Michael DelVecchio earned his 6th win of the season in goal. For the Kings, Jase Kavanagh recorded a hat trick, and Hunter Steck added a goal and 2 assists. 

Golden Knights 4 - Avalanche 2 

A tight played game as we were scoreless after 1, that's right, scoreless. Generally the Junior Division games are full of fireworks but this potential playoff battle of the top 2 teams in the division is going to be a must watch for the end of the season. Luke Giordano, and Jake Seidman each scored for the Avs while Rocco Marino and Christopher Keane recorded assists. The Golden Knights Peyton Paul, recorded 2 goals and an assist while Nicholas Urso, finished with 1 goal and 2 assists. Thomas Primrose was victorious in goal. The Golden Knights now move into 1st place with one game in-hand. 

Flames 6 - Lightning 4

The Flames clinch the #1 seed heading into the Fall League Playoffs as Quinn Miller recorded 3 points (1 goal, 3 assists) and a number of Flames recorded 2 points: James Pronesti, Marco Tseretopoulos, and Ryan Quatroni all had 2 assists while Declan Composto, and Thomas Pagnanelli scored 2 goals a piece. For the Lightning, John Cusumano scored all 4 goals. The Lightning clinch the #2 seed. 

Ducks 9 - Blues 5

Brian Barrera's 7 point (4 goals, 3 assists) evening led the Ducks to victory. Owen Pessel added a goal and 3 assists while Brendan Palmer finished the night with 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists) as well. Shane Zuckerman was back between the pipes and earned his 4th win of the season. For the Blues, Colin Jewels (2 goals), Dom Cusumano (1 goal, 1 assist), and Lucas Folchetti-Puglin (2 goals) all recorded a 2 points each. 

Capitals 7 -  Blues 5

After beginning 0-1 to start the season, the Capitals win their 7th straight vs. a short-handed Blues squad. Nolan Russo led the way recording 6 points (2 goals, 4 assists). Ryan Busk added a hat trick and Anthony Russo scored a goal and had 2 assists. The Blues Colin Jewels (3 goals, 1 assist) and Bobby Michaleski (2 goals, 2 assists) each had 4 points.
